We use the Musharakah based financing concept where both the financier and the entrepreneur comes together as partners and invests financial and non-financial resources to do a particular business or project. If the business/project generates profit then the profit is shared between the partners in the pre-agreed ratios. In an event of losses not attributed to the entrepreneur’s negligence, the same is shared in the ratio of capital contribution each partner.
We at Hazina Development Trust Limited; do invest jointly with our members in projects with potential of profitability. These are investments we are making and not loans that we are giving out. Hazina partners with duly registered groups or members’ businesses that have proven need for larger financing.
