We seek to recruit an honest, proactive, and performance-oriented individual to serve as Accounts Clerk in our satellite unit at Malindi in Kilifi County.

The incumbent shall be responsible for providing support to the office operations not limited to provision of efficient customer relations, receiving, and distributing communication, data entry, general office administration ensuring cleanliness is maintained at all times, and operational and financing reports development for the unit. He/she will also be required to contribute to business growth of the unit by recruiting new members and also taking part in training groups.

Minimum Requiments

  • Must have at least a Certificate in Business Management, Corporative Development, or any other business-related field.
  • Experience in front office operations, customer relations, accounts clerk and or related position is highly desired.
  • Those who have completed at least CPA Part I have an added advantage.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Swahili with excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Must be residing in or willing to relocate in the area specified.
  • Must be honest and of high integrity.
  • Must be willing to work under pressure and with minimal or no supervision.
  • Must show willingness to grow with the institution.
  • Must demonstrate desired leadership skills.
  • Must be a team player.
